Responsibilities:
1. Participate in new product (3D printer) development design, conduct work in experimental phase;
2. Record, summarize and document the experimental analyses of existing technology, machinery, process;
3. Introduce your own ideas and opinions on the improvement of machines;
4. Independently completed 1-2 product development tasks, has cross-department communication and coordination skills;
5. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above, machinery or mechatronics related major;
2. 3-5 years R&D or process related experience, skillfully using Solidworks or Pro/E;
3. With English reading and writing capacity is a plus;
4. Strong problem detective and solving skills, excellent execution, good communication and coordination ability with team spirit, be capable of working under pressure;
5. Outstanding fresh master graduates also eligible;
6. Preferably related work experience with 3D printing.
Responsibilities
Technician trainee/ Management trainee, fresh graduate or graduate within two years.
1.Technical orientated: responsible for pre-sales technical support of 3D printer; Equipment installation, debugging, maintenance and operation training in after-sales aspect; control and improve process parameters, lead/organize projects, solve technical issues, conduct process training courses and create training documents etc.
2.Sales orientated: plan and execute sales activities in responsible area and complete sales targets;
3.Material R&D: analyze polymer material sample, process analysis data and issue composition report
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, outstanding college graduates;
2.Machinery, mechatronics, electronics, polymer materials, optics, electric automation or related majors; CET-4 or above;
3.Strong communication and learning capacity, dedicated to 3D printing industry;
4.Preferably related work experience with 3D printing.
5.Skillfully using Auto CAD, Pro/e, Solidworks, UG or other mechanical software is preferred;
Responsibilities
1. Support sales manager to collect market information in responsible area, develop new customers and distribution channels;
2. Collect information of potential customers;
3. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above in marketing related major; Fresh graduate or graduate within two years. Accept interns;
2. Willing to engage in sales work;
3. Extrovert, quick-minded, with strong communication skill and approachability;
4. Responsible and able to work under pressure;
5. Dedicated to 3D printing industry is preferred.
Comprehensive salary: 5,000-10,000 yuan/month, high-achiever could be promoted to sales manager, monthly 10,000 yuan or above.
Responsibilities
1. Utilize 3D printing to provide pre-sales support, afford feasible solutions based on customer demands, company equipment and materials;
2. Carry out the installation, debugging and maintenance of 3D printers;
3. Troubleshoot delivered equipment, provide technical training and guidance;
4. Assist with common problems handling and collect feedback from customers;

Qualifications

4.Knowledge of MIMICS 3D software.
5.Preferably related work experience with 3D printing.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for after-sales service and maintenance of the products:
2. Timely report customers' opinions and requirements on products to technical center, and provide product quality summaries to the Dept.;
3. Maintain good customer relationships;
4. Provide user training, on-site guidance and other after-sales technical support.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above in machinery, mechatronics, electric related major;
2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in aftersales service, CET-4 or above,
3.Strong problem diagnosis and elimination skills;
4.Be accountable and service oriented. Have strong communication and coordination skills along with project organization ability;
5.Possess team spirit and strong learning capacity.
